Typically a 18″ x 24″ white 4 mil coroplast substrate is installed without tools on #9 gauge galvanized welded steel “H” frame. The top part of the two #9 gauge wire tines are inserted into the flutes of plastic signs. The bottom tines are inserted into the ground. There is a double crossbar that forms the framed adds strength. Located outside homes and businesses, these signs are an effective fast method of giving notice of your companies presence or message. There are also heavier duty H-frames (two posts) and single post, powder coated steel frame signs for heavier duty applications. The black powder steel can consist of an 1″ angle, or 1-1/4″ rectangular post mounted with a spade base to prevent rotation.
